Welcome to my photography website!

I love taking pictures, and I've recently found that I very much enjoy creating websites. So I decided to combine the two interests, and create what you see before you.

I don't have a set interest or genre that I prefer to shoot, so my portfolio includes a little bit of everything at the moment.

I've also included a "My Designs" section. These include postcards, business cards, and other websites I have made either for work or for personal use.

This site isn't about trying to sell you my photos or services or anything like that. This is a site to share my photography and creativity for others to enjoy.

More About My Site

I've also decided to dedicate this site to showing off what is possible with budget gear. After hours upon hours of videos, teaching myself this fantastic art, I became upset with how many photographers pushed professional level gear on their viewers. Instead of teaching them how to accomplish more with what they already have.

My only camera is a Nikon D3300, an entry level camera from more than a decade ago. You can pick them up for about $200. I use a 50mm Yongnuo prime lens, that you can get brand new for about $160. Along with a Tamron 18-200mm, $200 brand new, though I can absolutely not recommend this lens as it is extremely inconsistent.

Plus the camera I always have in my pocket, a Google Pixel 7 Pro. Will it win an award for landscape photos? Not by a long shot, but used correctly, it can still produce some beautiful images.

Photography has never been about the most expensive gear, it's about capturing beautiful moments in time. How you choose to do that is up to you, but you shouldn't be required to purchase a $3000 camera + a $4000 lens just to capture some amazing scenes.
