Two Mile County Park

Two Mile Park has got it all. Campgrounds, horse trails, bike trails, open fields, and oh yeah, a beautiful giant lake! Lets start with sleeping arrangements, because you're going to want to spend a night or 2 here. The campground has tent spots, partial hookup camper spots, and full hookup spots (for those of us that enjoy the finer things). There's also a playground, pavilions, and shower house all located within the campground area. (can you tent camp elsewhere in the park?) Now on to the trails. There are dedicated horse trails that wind all throughout the park (totaling x miles). There are also roughcut mountain bike trails scattered through the entire forest (roughly x miles, though they are constantly changing). Several dedicated hiking trails, one of which follows right along Two Mile Creek that feeds the lake. The gorgeous fields are accompanied(spelling?) by pavilions that are perfect for picnics and cookouts. The fields lend themselves to any number of activities. From sports, to letting your dog cut loose for a little bit, sled riding in the winter, and even a perfect location to practice your drone flying. During events like cross country running or "Jeep Days", these fields become the centers of activity for mobile vendors and the like. With a dedicated beach and swimming area, 2 boat launches, and gentle sloping banks all around, the lake is ideal for just about anything you had in mind. From fishing, to a relaxing kayak trip, and even just enjoying a day in the sand.
